IDAI NATURE. Ecoembes membership contributes directly to the reduction of CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
Through collaboration, among other companies, IDAI NATURE, last year 1,214,727 tons were recycled and lightweight packaging and paper cartons, which means that 65.9% of companies adhering containers ECOEMBES to put on the market is being recycled. The results beat the fourth consecutive year the requirements of European Directive 2004/12/EC on packaging and packaging waste.
We all have confidence that by recycling containers avoid consumption of new raw materials, we avoid the deposit of waste in landfills and drastically reduce CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.
