[vc_row][vc_column width=”1/1″][vc_column_text]Last Friday, all Idai Nature´s team enjoyed a magnificent night full of surprises and emotions.
The CEO, Carlos Ledó, began making a presentation which recalled the company’s beginnings and the big effort made to reach our current success. He also analyzed the recognition and good results obtained and he specially emphasized the values that give our activities sense: social and environmental responsibility, ethics and honesty.
After the presentation, it was time for our workmates in our subsidiaries. In spite of the time difference, they wanted to be present on such a special night with an emotional speech. It was very important for the company to be able to count on their presence despite the many kilometers that separate us.
At the end of the dinner we gave each other our traditional Christmas presents, and the new workmates of this year gave a speech in which they expressed their first impressions about the company and explained to the rest of the team what their work consists of.
It is vital for us to promote pride of belonging to the company and that we all feel committed and identified with the company´s values. Our success is only possible due to all the team´s effort and involvement.
